I was curious just how different these rankings would be if we combined all regional variants across all platforms, including both physical and digital. So, I only analyzed at the ten games released in 2024 since I don't have access to the back-end to the information I'd need for games released in earlier years. Also, I only looked at comparable items that are the same version (for example, I didn't count the Final Fantasy VII Rebirth - Deluxe Edition entries which, for those curious, brings its total to rank 2 with 157 instances of being added to Collection.) These are the total numbers I collected:

So, somewhat surprisingly, the trend in popularity that's largely observed in NA categories continues even when accounting for all regions except for Persona 3 Reload which originally was at rank 8 of 2024 games but is actually tied with Final Fantasy VII Rebirth at rank 5.
